Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Bullring Finance.
What is Bullring Finance?
Bullring Finance is a global money movement platform that enables businesses to send, receive, and settle funds across borders using stablecoin infrastructure and local payment rails. We provide a single API for collections, payouts, on-ramp, and off-ramp operations across multiple currencies and corridors.
How does Bullring Finance work for merchants?
Merchants integrate once via our API or dashboard. They can collect funds in local currencies (e.g., BRL, NGN, GHS), move value cross-border in real-time via stablecoin rails, and pay out to recipients in their local currency. All treasury, FX, and reconciliation is managed from a single dashboard.
What cryptocurrencies does Bullring Finance support?
Bullring uses stablecoins (primarily USDC and USDT) as the settlement layer for cross-border transfers. These are dollar-pegged digital assets designed for stability, not speculation. End users and merchants interact with local fiat currencies, not crypto directly.
How quickly do merchants receive their payments?
Settlement times depend on the corridor and payment method, but most transfers settle within minutes to a few hours. This is significantly faster than traditional correspondent banking which can take 2-5 business days.
Is Bullring Finance legal in Brazil?
Yes. Bullring Finance LTDA is registered in Brazil (CNPJ: 58.638.630/0001-76) and partners with regulated financial institutions to provide fiat currency services. Our stablecoin-to-fiat and fiat-to-stablecoin transactions are facilitated through licensed money transmitter partners.
Do merchants need to understand cryptocurrency to use Bullring Finance?
No. Bullring abstracts away the complexity of blockchain and stablecoins. Merchants interact with local currencies through our API and dashboard. The stablecoin layer is invisible to end users and merchants who prefer a fiat-only experience.
What if the price of cryptocurrency changes before the merchant receives payment?
Bullring uses stablecoins pegged to the US dollar, which means their value remains stable (approximately $1.00). Unlike volatile cryptocurrencies, stablecoins are designed to maintain a fixed value, minimizing FX exposure during transit.
How can merchants sign up?
Merchants can sign up by contacting our team through the website or booking a call. After onboarding, which includes KYC/KYB verification, you'll receive API credentials and access to the Bullring dashboard.
What documents are required for KYC verification?
Business onboarding typically requires: company registration documents, UBO/shareholder information, government-issued IDs or passports, proof of address, and tax identification numbers. Requirements may vary by jurisdiction.
What are the fees for using Bullring Finance?
Bullring offers volume-based pricing starting at approximately 0.7% per transaction, with fees decreasing as your volume grows. There are no platform fees, no hidden spreads, and no prefunding requirements. Contact us for a custom quote based on your corridors and volumes.
What happens if a merchant faces issues with transactions?
Our support team is available to assist with any transaction issues. You can reach us via email at founders@bullring.finance. We also provide real-time transaction tracking through the dashboard and API webhooks for automated monitoring.
Can merchants withdraw funds from their Bullring Finance account?
Yes. Merchants can withdraw funds to their linked bank accounts or stablecoin wallets at any time, subject to standard settlement and compliance processes.
How does Bullring Finance ensure transaction security?
We apply enterprise-grade encryption, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, network isolation, continuous monitoring, and auditable logs. All financial partners are regulated and bound by strict security and compliance obligations.
Does Bullring Finance support international transactions?
Yes. Bullring is built specifically for international transactions. We currently support corridors across the Americas (USD, BRL, CAD), Europe (EUR, GBP), and Africa (NGN, GHS, TZS, ZMW, ZAR), with more markets being added regularly.
